What I bring to the table:
Furniture dollies and a hand truck
Lifting straps, plastic wrap, moving blankets, and furniture rubber bands
Ratchet straps and a basic toolkit for any disassembly or reassembly
Optional vehicle: pickup truck with an enclosed trailer

Muscles and equipment Only
Two movers: $73 for the first hour, then $45 per hour + $1 per mile (Pick-up to drop-off)
Over 30 miles: $1.50 per mile
A $25 toll fee applies when crossing with a truck and trailer (my rig has 4 axles, as shown in the photo below).
